Ben and his team did a great job at installing a fence at my home. They were all very courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner even as they went through some unexpected hurdles. The fence was installed properly and the pickets were aligned well. Shout out to Josh who ensured everything was properly aligned, did some fine tuning and explained everything as the job went. Would definitely recommend!

Repaired leaking roof by removing all old roofing, replaced rotten plywood (not included in original quote nor the added labor). Completed all in one day, excellant install, and did not increase the quoted price. Amazing customer service and honest, hard working crew.

These guys are fantastic & saved us money by their quick diagnosis. We had 2 other companies give us an incorrect diagnosis about where a leak was coming from. Not Remenant. Actually got up on a ladder, intellectually assessed and then completed repair. Problem fixed and no leaking with all the rain. We are giving them to whoever buys our home to use to have on hand. Big projects to small. Call them.

Had them do metal roof and soffit for me. They did a great job. Professional, courteous, and punctual. Took extra pains to make sure everything was done correctly. They won’t do all of my roof work from now on.

Remnant Construction had the best estimate on my EPDM roof repair both on cost and time to complete. Also had the best explanation of how they would do the repair. Promised me they would complete it this week, but I had my doubts as they experienced delays during the week. They started after noon on Friday, and worked until 9 PM to complete it. Promise met! Outstanding quality of work. I'll call them next time I need work done on my home.

Met Benjamin at the gym. He had on a company tee shirt with his construction company info on it. At the time I knew I had a project coming up so I talked to him and got his info. Gave him a call and guess what .....HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP, unlike alot of other contractors. That in itself was half the battle. Then he followed up and sent me the estimate. That was another positive because I have found that with contractors, if they show up and decide the job is not big enough for them, they will just ghost you and you will never get an estimate. Benjamin showed up and completed the job and everything went great. I was shocked as to how smooth it went based on my experiences with other contractors. He is a nice down to earth guy and follows through. I plan to hire him in the future for other jobs. I am very happy with him and the work. Being a Realtor, I have worked with contractors for 20 yrs. Hands down one of the best!

Benjamin and Morgan are a great team and it has been a privilege to work with them. We had some roof damage from strong winds and one evening we noticed water trickle into the house during a heavy downpour. We called Benjamin at 8:30 pm and within 30 minutes he showed up at our house having stopped by at Home Depot to pick up materials to put on the roof to temporarily stem the water leak. Benjamin worked for two hours in pouring rain to address the issue and when the work was done he refused to accept any payment for his labor and hard work !! After a lot of persuasion Benjamin and Morgan grudgingly accepted the money. I had several shingles blown from my roof in a recent windstorm. I was concerned that a leak would develop if not quickly repaired. I contacted several roofing companies in an attempt to obtain quotes for roof replacement. Ben provided a quote within 2 days. After a discussion we agreed to use the highly windproof GAF shingles that he recommended and that the price quoted for replacement was reasonable. Ben's crew was able to begin removal and replacement 2 days later and completed the job in 2 days. Note that the roof covers about 4000 square feet, is steep at a 9/12 pitch and is 3 stories up. The crew was courteous, worked together seamlessly and did a great job cleaning up the debris. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the quick installation the team was able to accomplish. Ben was most accommodating and quickly responded to the questions that I had. I would recommend Ben and Remnant to anyone seeking a quality roof replacement.

Remnant Construction did an entire remodel on our house. Our home is older and built in the 40s and had been vacant for awhile, so needless to say the work was extensive! They installed and managed all the new framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, roof, trim work, HVAC, windows/doors, siding, painting, kitchen build, new deck, etc. I mean it when I say complete remodel! They were professional, efficient, trustworthy, and great with communication! Benjamin and his crew ensured the entire process went smoothly and stayed on track. We basically got a new house! Replaced my shingle roof with a metal roof. There was a decent turn around from the time contract was accepted and actual work began. Communication was good from the beginning to the end. Excellent workmanship and Benjamin was very knowledgeable in his craft. The cost to replace the roof was very fair and on par with other estimates.

Remnant Construction did an awesome job installing a new Steel roof, new siding, windows, doors and adding a covered deck on the back of my house. He and his team were there when they said they'd be, and worked the job start to finish without jumping from one job to another. The crew was very respectful and left everyday with a clean jobsite.
