Replaced my shingle roof with a metal roof. There was a decent turn around from the time contract was accepted and actual work began. Communication was good from the beginning to the end. Excellent workmanship and Benjamin was very knowledgeable in his craft. The cost to replace the roof was very fair and on par with other estimates.

Remnant Construction had the best estimate on my EPDM roof repair both on cost and time to complete. Also had the best explanation of how they would do the repair. Promised me they would complete it this week, but I had my doubts as they experienced delays during the week. They started after noon on Friday, and worked until 9 PM to complete it. Promise met! Outstanding quality of work. I'll call them next time I need work done on my home.
